This is a rustic product, machine knitted and hand finished by artisans in the Andes high lands of Peru as well as the disadvantaged areas of Lima, the capital.
Because of the production conditions and the individual artisan hand work on each of these products, it is not possible to offer consistency in the sizes, shape, colors, design and/or patterns.

Buyers beware: This product used to be available made of an alpaca/acrylic blend. Because the recent increases in the alpaca fiber cost, this product it is not longer been found made with alpaca in Peru.
As the acrylic yarn used in this product is very soft and “natural” looking some vendors are offering it as an alpaca blended product or even as 100% alpaca.
Again, please, buyers beware: Some vendors are still offering it as an alpaca blended product or even as 100% alpaca.
