Shipping - Retail
We ship both form the US (our office in Sarasota / Bradenton, Florida) and directly from Peru (our office in Lima) according to what fits best for our customers. We are sure we will always bring you the best prices and service combined with the best shipping options.
Most orders are shipped by DHL, UPS, and regular mail service.
For the US the price you pay at the checkout is final. There will be no additional charges for customs duties or taxes. If you ever got a bill for customs duties please contact us to take care of that.
For all other countries customs duties may apply as per each particular country policies.
Some items are made under request -usually the high quality ones- and may take two to three weeks to be ship
