We will accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns need to be send with a Return Authorization Number authorized by us. The merchandise must be unused and have all the original tags and labels affixed, as they were when the merchandise was delivered. The credit card or method of payment used to purchase the merchandise will be credited promptly upon the acceptance of returned merchandise.
Please contact us by clicking here to obtain a Return Authorization Number( RAN). RAN's expire 30 days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since AndeanArt is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Clearly print your name, address and RAN on the outside of the package in the return area. We will not accept any return with out the RA# printed or clearly written on the top of the returned box.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (for the case of free shipping, $10 shipping charge will be charged for returned products).
